The NC DPI invites you to participant in its year-long professional development entitled Changing the Way Teachers Teach: Integrating Technology in the 6-12 Social Studies Classroom.
Topics will include:
• Geocaching (GPS device) and Google Earth (GPS Technology)
• Multimedia authoring programs (i.e. Moviemaker, digital photography, I-movies, etc.)
• Web 2.0 Tools (i.e. podcasting, blogging, wikis, Google tools and other on-line collaboration
tools)
