North Carolina Manipulative Kits
The North Carolina Manipulative Kits have been revised and up-dated to reflect changes in both curriculum and assessment since 2003. A new contract for purchase has been awarded to ETA Cuisenaire.

Information was updated in October 2008 to include ordering information for a middle school math manipulative kit from ETA. The replacement part list was updated in July 2008 and now includes a list of possible supplemental materials for the kits.
The Mathematics Staff consulted with teachers and supervisors to ensure that the contents reflect materials that will support the teaching and learning of mathematics as reflected in the Goals and Objectives approved by the State Board of Education for implementation in the academic year 2006-2007. It is hoped that the continued support of hands-on instruction in mathematics will continue to sustain high quality mathematics achievement by the students of North Carolina.
