Pam Wrigley, Education Specialist with ESCORT (The Eastern Stream Center on Resources and Training), will come to NC to do trainings and presentations for free. She's a former foreign language teacher who has in-depth knowledge about programs for limited English proficient students, as well as many other issues facing this population. She has presented in NC many times!
