CONGRATULATIONS to North Carolina's 36 KINDERGARTEN TEACHER LEADERS!
Thank you to the many kindergarten teachers, principals, county administrators, and superintendents who shared interest and dedication to the Kindergarten Teacher Leader Initiative. Your commitment to our young children and families is tremendous.
Thirty-six teachers have been selected, from the outstanding 219 applications received, to participate in this first 3-year cohort of Teacher Leaders. More opportunities for professional development and connections will be offered in the future for all, so please continue to check this webpage and stay connected with us through the K-2 Primary list serve.
